What will the programme be like?
Our 3-year Commercial Management Programme in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) of our Consumer Healthcare business with main location in Munich is starting 1st of September.
You’ll gain broad-ranging experience of consumer healthcare marketing and sales within OTC and mass market by working across a variety of business functions. You’ll spend a few months on rotation in different roles, such as marketing, sales / incl. field sales and supply chain, and will work on live projects. This will give you a good understanding of the opportunities and challenges across the commercial organisation. Throughout the programme, you’ll have access to senior GSK managers and mentors, who will help you accelerate your learning. You will also share the experience with other recent graduates from all over the world with diverse backgrounds – an aspect of the programme that Future Leaders find both stimulating and inspiring.
What do you need to succeed?

We’re looking for clear, effective communicators who can quickly build a rapport with a wide range of people. It’s also important that you can adapt to change and keep focused when the pressure is on. While you have the drive and confidence to trust your own judgement, you’re a real team player who actively collaborates with others. In addition, you’ll need an analytical mind, a talent for multi-tasking and the ability to influence others.
- Master degree in Business Administration or related area with above-average grades
- Finished internships related to Marketing and Sales with first-class references
- Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills
- Flexibility in terms of location within and abroad Germany
